2004 Defender 110 SW

2004 Defender 110 for sale
This 2004 Defender 110, imported from Spain in 2021, is an immaculate example that has been well maintained tastefully improved.
Spending it's life in Madrid Spain, it has been spared road salt and any excessive moisture, and as such, the frame and bulkhead are in excellent shape free from rust and corrosion.  The exterior has recently been resprayed in the original Zambezi Silver paint colour.
Being a 2004, it is equipped with the Td5 5 cylinder inline diesel turbo charged engine, the last Land Rover engine to go in the Defender.  This truck came out of Solihull fully loaded with factory air conditioning, front power windows, and power central locking.
Truck is in excellent condition and was given extensive attention after being imported, including...
  • new steering components
  • new brakes
  • new suspension with 2" lowering
  • rear diff rebuild
  • transfer case rebuild
  • Stage 2 ECU/engine upgrade
  • New hybrid turbocharger
  • new radiator
  • new intercooler
  • new fuel injector harness
  • new MAF sensor and EGR blanking kit
  • new exhaust
  • interior removed and completely Dynamatted for soundproofing
  • new carpet throughout
  • new tires
  • new rear step

The Stage 2 remap reprograms the vehicle's ECU, essentially safely retuning the engine for increased horsepower and acceleration.  This combined with the hybrid turbo give this Defender a driving experience that is decidedly less... Defender-ish. Coupled with the sound-deadening throughout and the new carpeting, this may be the most comfortable and pleasant Defender we have driven.
The center console houses the original Land Rover tape deck as well as the controls for the power windows, defrost, hazards, as well as several blanks for future upgrades.  The binnacle (driver's gauge cluster) as been upgraded from the brittle plastic to a powder coated steel unit.  As with all the improvements on this truck, the upgrades are subtle, tasteful, and in keeping with the model aesthetics.
Factory interior with techno cloth seating and vinyl backing. Central cubby box provides ample storage.
Factory AC was a rare option, and to find an example like this that is still in great working order is all the more of a rarity.
The Truck sits on steel road wheels that have been resprayed in black, wrapped with Toyo Open Country AT III tires.
The underside of the vehicle is in as good of condition as the rest of the vehicle, thanks to the dry Spanish climate.
This truck is safetied, registered, and currently insured on the road in Ontario with 193,000 kilometres on the odometer.
The asking price for this truck is $88,000 CAD.  Please reach out to 3 Brothers Classic Rovers to discuss this truck further.  sales@3brothersclassicrovers.com or 519 302 3227
