Refund policy

 

We hope you love what you bought and that it serves the purpose it is meant to.  With that said, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately and we will send you a return authorization along with our shipping address for you to return the item.

A note on parts - please make absolute certain that you are ordering the correct part(s) for your Land Rover.  Just because it's a 1973, doesn't mean that over the years a clever (or not so clever) former owner didn't replace elements of the vehicle from different periods.  Modifications may have been made that alter the parts you need (engine swaps, carburetors, heaters, brakes... you name it, it may have been swapped).  It's a headache and an expense every time parts need to go back and forth between our clients and us (although the couriers don't seem to mind).  So again, make certain you are getting what you need, and if you are unsure, Google is your friend, online communities or forums, and we are available to help as well.

Items must be returned within thirty (30) days in the same condition as they were received. The client is always responsible for the return shipping costs. A full refund, via the method that you paid, less shipping costs, will be issued when returned items are received.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
